You're overthinking it. It's not supposed to mean anything beyond sounding warm and fuzzy. Women are like dogs, they understand tone, not words.

Imagine the kind of warped brain it takes to come up with

"STEM fields are full of sexist misogynists' who see a smart female and obsess about wanting to put in in their hole"

while simultaneously claiming

"there aren't enough women in STEM because men don't want them there"

and ignoring the fact extremely intelligent women are put on the highest of pedestals and sought as desirable companions.... Because they ARE FUCKING RARE.

This is the kind of cute video game related story I want to see more of!
