I mean, that idiot is still using the term Trumpism to describe his opposition.

Meaning, that he still is unable to accept a thesis, that right wingers do actually have an issue with the left, that is not just a result of following a fat politician.

@Telvannichad @mwvdragon @rlier23 One time we had a cousin pass along that “Female Dating Advice” shit and everyone of the girls were fighting with us, saying “hey, it’s good, it’s a little progressive but it’s good advice”.

They shut up right quick when I showed them the profile pics of all the posters on that sub. Any time you start looking into the pics posted to a given community, it reengages the brain so you think “oh…..nvm. I’m good. Thanks though”

Sam Harris is the peak intellectual.
He knows, that the right no longer believes the globohomo. He knows, the split HAS to be fixed.

And yet, he refuses to even talk to right-wingers... Good luck fixing the split then.

@kazcynski_stan I’m gonna do a thread of more of these, using this site really gives you an idea of what teachers mean when they whine about supplies. “hey, this stupid, cheap district won’t buy beads to make cute bracelets!!! We need fidget cubes!!!”

@kazcynski_stan @LukeAlmighty Yeah, my point is that there’s a SHIT TON of waste in the system though, and it’s being solved in the stupidest way possible. Just soliciting cast-off crap at the end of the year would go far in alleviating that. I had a few just keep the end-of year leftover crap, notebooks, writing, anything from the list was there in spades. Teachers are retarded, they insist on ONLY buying new at every turn. There’re a lot more tools to address these things than they want to admit, if they were really serious about solving them they could improve the situation, but they’re small minded and insist on following the crowd and whining about the same things as everyone else.

The only places where the real barebones, no-supplies even begin to foment is probably in the districts where they get tired of replacing everything week after week. At a certain point they realize it’s dumb to stock the shelf with fresh dry erase markers since they disappear after a day.

Most of that back to school shit never got used much anyway. Seems like half the time at the year’s end I’d bemusedly note that a substantial fraction of my stuff was like-new anyways. But, the rest of the teachers give out a list, so she will too!

@LukeAlmighty @kazcynski_stan When we all hear “the district won’t buy any supplies!!! It’s like they WANT the kids to suffer!!!!” we picture chairs, or drinking fountains, even markers.

What they mean is that the district refused to buy $2,000 worth of legos
