I fucking hate these indian guys with their peak inefectiveness.
If I have an IT issue, I need a simple step by step. And if you make it public, then Others don't have to bother contacting you... BUT NOOOOOOOO.
As soon as I describe the issue, they immmediatelly send the discussion to DMs, and after they solve it, they create some ticket in a system just to send me 4 additional e-mails.

I wish people would educate themselves about what happened to japan when they were a big economic superpower. A export nation with some of the best technology innovations. The US forced them to accept to not export to the US and put limits on what they were allowed to export to other countries. They also made japan manipulate their currency. This caused recession in japan and stopped them in tracks. They still haven't recovered to this day and are now a consumer nation. And this is a close ally. They will not allow allies to grow to compete.
