Why is it, that EU makes it illegal to make plastic caps for bottles ergonomic, because they "might cause plastic waste".... While allowing fukco pops to exist?

I seriously LOVE the "play 1 week early" model new game releases are using.

It makes pre-orders into an actual review pass, and people who weren't sure about buying the game (or just preordered a normal version) now have a better option to change their mind.
