I used to believe this STRONGLY. But recently, I had a talk with my father about my grandma.

Her best friend lives next door. Literally the one door next to her in the same house.

And... they never visit each other. That is unimaginable to me. And while it does explain, whe even the shit that scared me to death like lockdowns seem invisible to her, It also means, that building of a community will not be that easy process I immagined it to be. Because some people truly do not need it.

People on IG are unironically getting triggered by sentence "women don't watch Star Wars". I am so tired of this conversation. How fucking hard is it to understand the difference between core audience, an exceptional fan from a different audience, and a fake fan?

It's not fucking complicated.

What can you say to a person, who keeps living "paycheck to paycheck", and yet, manages to spend their entire monthly income on an investment school?

You want an investment? It's called a rainy day fund. And it brings you safety from 20%+ interest loans.

I said before, that my aunt's bank account got hacked and emptied.

So, I took my time, and came to visit her. And I said, that she NEEDS to buy a new phone and PC. The reasoning being, that I seriously have no idea just how insane the virus they used was, and how good it is at hiding.

And then, I heard the two lines.
> I cannot afford a new PC right now.
> I need my phone to access things. Changing my access phone would be hard

So... Because these things would be "too expensive", you're willing to risk your next few paychecks too? And if that wasn't enough, her pride didn't allow me to buy her a PC as a gift.

Now, that part was something I did not expect.
