Wild by simply eating healthier for 2 days and doing some light jogging I was able to lose 4 pounds.

Wtf.

I know I'm not going to lose weight this quickly continually but it's still insane in the moment.

Yeah, be really careful about that. Burnout is insanely easy to step into, and the motivation draught after first weight drop pause can be devastating.

@LukeAlmighty thank you for warning me ahead of time I've had that happened before to where I wasn't necessarily trying to lose weight and when I gained a whole pound 2 lb back one day I felt absolutely devastated so hopefully I can keep this in the back of my mind and keep moving forward!

Also, I forgot about one tip.
I keep posting my minimums to keep myself accountable.
Failing a diet feels good. It is so easy, and it can sneak up on you. So, if I post each of my minimums, it changes a passive lifestyle into an active choice, and also shows me, if some problem sneak up on me. Because I still will notice, if I fail to post in a month, and I can clearly see how far I've fallen over christmass for example.

It might not seem like it, but this little bit of sharing is a motivational game changer.
