Did I accidentally crack the code?
In their natural environment, women are in competition with each other over attracting the best man. But feminism gets them to compete with men instead. This tricks the more beautiful and capable women into wasting their energy somewhere else, potentially eliminating them from the dating market, while the more ugly, feminist types are left with less competition. Thus giving them an advantage in the mating game they wouldn't have had before.
This was a first thought as I woke up in the morning, so I'm sure there's holes and flaws in the reasoning. But it might be worth keeping in mind.

Bitch please. Women are actually worse at this. At least men restrict themselves at physical violence. We throw a few punches and the thing is settled. We'll know who's on top, who gives the orders, if we don't like it we leave, but at the end of the day we can cooperate to build stuff once the hierarchy gets established.
Women go for social violence. They go after people's reputation. All the cancel culture we've lived through for the last decade has been a creation of feminists and then continued by feminist men, that thought they could gain women's attention by fighting via their rules.
There's been so much damage caused via MeToo by women that it's ridiculous. And at the end of the day, they resolved jack shit. They forcefully got Weinstein imprisoned, when really all he did was hire prostitutes and pay them by making them actors.
One big social panic after another, and nothing ever gets solved. Just women bickering for attention, never being able to establish a social hierarchy and cooperate.
And of course there's also plenty of cases like Amber Heard that go for actual violence, and because domestic dispute laws are heavily biased, they'll literally say to the man "yeah, I'll beat you, and nobody will believe you". Go have a search of cases where women leave their men bloodied, and when he tries to call the cops (cause he obviously can't hit back for the obvious reason), the police still arrest him, because the laws are fucked.
Oh yeah, tell me more of how women are soo good, and kind, and non-violent.
It's hilarious that the longer I've lived, the more Mean Girls looks like a documentary. And it doesn't take a man to see this. The first people that told me that women are mean as hell have been women. Because, guess what, some women are honest enough with themselves that they can admit things like this. Guess that's not you.

Though I honestly think the "prevent families from forming" is a side effect. I don't think the people that started doing this were smart enough to figure out this would happen.
