1920x1080. Vivaldi browser. I know I've tried some other Chromium browser and saw the same thing, but will try to log into Opera again to test again. (I already have it installed, so it's no hassle).

There's something I've been meaning to ask. I'm getting a bug (at least I'm guessing it's a bug) when using the advanced web interface. Basically, whenever I hover the mouse over a link, a scroll bar appears on the far right side of the page, and it forces all the columns to slightly readjust in width (along with all the content in those columns). And of course, when my mouse leaves the link, the scroll bar disappears and everything readjusts again.

Is this something you've seen before, or is it just some strange behavior with Chromium based browsers?

Did a check out of curiosity. It looks legit, considering there's a much older post talking about the ransomware.
Apparently the high price is on purpose, to deter people from buying the game until Valve accepts the request to pull it down from store.

I've never had a case where the issue was at my house. It's usually something in the general infrastructure, so that it would affect multiple people and it gets priority, so it's fixed fast. I don't even have to call the provider. Only time I did, they were already aware of the issue.

I'm guessing the idea would be that if you renounce your previous citizenship, it would be harder to escape to your own country in case of detection, and they could more easily trial and jail you in the country you were spying on.

I'm guessing at some point all countries got used to the practice and made it a common thing without really analyzing it. Maybe it basically acts like a tradition.

I've never analyzed the situation as I was never put in a situation where I actually considered getting another citizenship.

Well, how many countries are there that don't have another nation as an enemy in some way?
Can't say I can guess all the reasons why these things are in place, but I'm guessing at the very least they're hoping to deter spies infiltrating the nation for long periods of time. Consider how paranoid (and sometimes legitimately so) even the Americans are about Russian, Chinese, etc. spies.

Ok. Yeah, while it's not something I think about much, I can agree it's not an idea I enjoy.

I guess I understand why it happens. Plenty of countries would naturally have animosity towards one another, and this would serve as a means of protecting themselves. Probably not a very effective one...
