Lucky Star is best viewed after you've seen a good amount of anime already, and you're more familiar with Japanese culture, tropes etc.
@nukie
I've watched 2 seasons of Attack on Titans and Kimi no Na Wa from the newbie category and K-On and Lucky Star from chad category. Don't know any of the rest.
@nukie
I must have jumped from newbie to chad then, cause I don't recognize any of those in the middle.
@maxmustermann
Razorfist was right, once again.
@TheAncestor
Adorably scary.
@shymess
No problem. I'll just bing porn.

It has that "porcelain doll" look to it.

If you don't use a bigger, more well know provider, you're gonna run into issues of people seeing some niche provider they never heard of and assume it's spam. Or badly made spam filters that flag your mails.
For better or worse, when you expect your mails to reach low iq office workers, that aren't into tech, you're better off with bigtech providers.
@TheAncestor
Nah... I eagerly await for Batman future where cats become the dominant species of the planet.

Imouto material. Although for you, I guess those 2 words are interchangeable.

The war is over... the divine question has finally been answered. World peace can now be obtained.

Which is why in these discussions the standard usually is "informed consent", as in "are they actually informed and do they understand the consequences of the actions they consent to".
@TheAncestor
I will admit, I do somewhat admire the courage needed to admit this to the public. Although, I'm never sure whether it's courage that drives them or stupidity.
@TheAncestor
You people are still keeping a clock for these things?
@rabbitsonthemoon @sjw@neckbeard.xyz
Not sure what a "jay" is supposed to be, but that's me I guess.

I would have done it with inductive heating instead. That way you can basically completely remove the power source from the cup. You keep most of the IoT circuitry in the coaster,.As for the temperature sensor in the cup you can either have it work only while near the magnetic field, or have a very small battery just for it.
This would also make it more energy efficient than using restive heating, you get rid of the heavy battery that is a fire hazard if you ever drop the cup. Since you're already expected to constantly use it's coaster, it doesn't change much in that aspect. If something happens to the coaster, it's much easier to replace that than the battery inside the cup. Much more environmentally friendly.
@grey @kenshinfo
I was expecting they'd be cheating with some kind of coaster/dock that is delivering the power.
@grey @kenshinfo
There has to be some amount of bullshit involved. There's no way a cup like that actually has enough guts in it to warm up the coffee. You need a resistor, your IoT circuitry and a power source. And the power source is the biggest problem. Unless you expect to recharge it every 5 minutes, you're gonna need a chunky battery in there.
