I've heard for some time that old HL had a better OpenGL implementation than DirectX, so it's better to play it in OpenGL, but I wasn't aware this was the reason behind it (or one of the reasons).

Marvel has become so desperate that they're selling anthology books in Romanian supermarkets. Don't know if people are actually buying them, but you'd have to be pretty desperate to invest in this market. Children don't exactly spend their free time browsing supermarkets and parents are just gonna buy one or two of these books at best. They're not gonna turn into weekly buyers.

Manga on the other hand have made it into some bookstores.
