I never messed around with lossless webp. When it comes to lossless, I just assumed there wouldn't be much difference, so I never tried anything other than .png.I will have to check for myself.

Of the newer codecs I've experimented with, opus is my favorite right now. I convert my FLACs into opus for music on the go. I've been amazed how good it is, even though music wasn't even it's main focus.

I have one phone that I don't mess with, and one ancient phone that I mess with and currently have Android 10 on. (which is like 6 versions of Android higher than what I bought it with).

If you don't know what optimizing apps means, you haven't messed around with custom ROMs and rooted filesystem for long enough.

"Optimizing apps" is when it's generating what used to be called dalvik-cache, aka .odex files.

As for VR allergy, I'm not a medic, so I can't say I know the definition of an allergy, but I'm not sure if it fits. An allergy usually occurs because of a substance that comes into contact with the body in some way, and the immune system has a bad reaction.
VR isn't a substance in itself, and I don't think the reactions you're experiencing are related to the immune system in any way.

Not that hard to tell them apart. Males are usually larger overall, with the heads being easier to notice the size increase.

Worst case scenario, you take a quick look at their back side, and things are really easy to see then.
