Don't know how much testing everyone is doing, as for "quantity out of how many", you can do a basic comparison with each country's total population.

As for how much China is lying... I understand there are rumors of 40k-50k deaths. So it wouldn't surprise me if we're talking about 10x lies.

Yeah, right now there is little context to numbers. The real useful analysis will only come way after this crises is over.

There are 2 things you should keep in mind.
1) USA has 300million people. Much more than any one single European country.
2) China lied, lied, lied. For all we know, even with all their authoritarian reaction, they might still be #1 since their population overshadows everyone else.

I've seen some footage of Yandere ForeverInDevelopment Sim a while ago, and I doubt it has the graphical fidelity of 2010s.

This is one thing I really hate about indie games. By the graphics and other features these games have, they should be able to run on 10 year old PCs on at least medium-high settings. But they're so badly optimized, that you're more likely to get higher framerates out of Doom Eternal.

Leave it to the modding community to create an excellent map/campaign, only to ruin it with a boss battle in an arena that is not fit for it, with broken collisions, and if you beat the boss via cheats, it breaks the ending completely.

I almost forgot why I have a love-hate relationship with Half-Life modding community. They can build nice maps, but they suck so much at balancing them.
