And China also claims it's democratic.
This feels like praising Canada for manufacturing cheap medicine, when they don't do the actual research, and just get the recipe from USA after American labs invested all the money to do the research.
I'll keep saying this as long as it's needed. We already know China steals technology in pretty much any domain possible. Who knows how much western code they stole and analyzed to help them make their own model, not to mention how even more shady tactics they likely employed to train it.
Time will tell, maybe they're legit, maybe they're not. But China doesn't have a good track record.
@Mitsu Clearly he hasn't been reading enough hentai.
@leespringfield1903
>Biden tried to kill Putin
Well obviously. We already know Ukraine had several attempts at bombing stuff in Russia. What, you thought they did that by their own without US help?
@j LIES! The incest part, the video seems pretty cool.
@rasterman Never played them, but they never seemed to be brilliant per say. More like the adventure game equivalent of Call of Duty. Fun enough to shut of your brain for a while, but not enough to get people properly invested. I don't think there are communities dedicating to speedrunning them, doing challange runs, modding them, or the various other things people do with games they love.
@j Hungry fella ain't he.
@j I think it depends on which behavior will be reinforced by caretakers, but especially visitors.
If the microwave parrots are ignored by people visiting the zoo, and everyone reacts and interacts with the swearing parrots (even if it's to say "bad parrot, how could you say such a thing!", it's not like the birds will know they're being reprimanded. Any attention will be positive for them) they you get 100 swearing parrots.
@j @sun
>wow, new model so cheap! how they do it!
>"they trained their model on ChatGPT"
Gee... I wonder why the Chinese tech is stupidly cheap... it couldn't be because they've stolen technology, like they always do.
This is why all this hype around Deepseek doesn't phase me. China always lies. For now we're still clueless about what the lies around Deepseek are.
@j I'd hug her. Maybe pet her head. Hopefully one day... I'll... hold her hand.
@PraxisOfEvil @Verfassungsschmutz
>They know, it's part of their plan, and it was rejected at the ballot box
The politicians, sure. The average leftie voter and/or activists are too stupid to understand economics.
@LukeAlmighty Honestly, I'm beginning to reconsider Jesus' quote, "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth". What if he was talking about people who are meek when it comes to political ideology?
@LukeAlmighty Honestly, I think it might be the foundation of any strong ideology. Anything too far beyond "let's try to be nice to each other" seems to need some amount of retardation to deny the reality in front of them in order to try to reshape society and human nature.
@LukeAlmighty So he's retarded. What else is new?
You scream, I scream, everybody screams for Linux to get it shit together by 2038.
@Honkers So they plan to kill their own? Can't tell if they're stupid or just plain self-genocidal.
@teto @Suiseiseki
Oh, I know. Which is why I usually reply to him by mentioning Windows or something like that.
P.S. I wasn't a fan of systemd the first time I encountered it, because I kinda learned how the previous thing worked, and just didn't appreciate the change. But now that I'm used to systemd... I honestly kinda love it. It's nice to be able to make a script that triggers whenever a certain external HDD connects, and does an auto-backup.
@Suiseiseki @eternal_cringe
You know what, you're right. Clearly it's time I switched to Windows.
@eternal_cringe Correction: Linux can actually run Genshin Impact. Tested it myself.
Just another random person passing by.
The Alyx Vance must go this way anyway.
