decided to take the political compass test again just for fun.

it's over rightie bros.

i suspect it's due to my disdain for (((the rich))) and (((authority))) that's been growing steadily since the last time i took this, which was before i joined fedi.

maybe i keep this in my back pocket to whip out whenever someone calls me right wing :meru_lul:

@LukeAlmighty @beardalaxy politicalcompass.org sucks massively though. Half the questions don't even make sense or are questions like "It's a good thing when corporations fuck you in the ass", and then none of the results make sense

Sapply compass is the sanest one I've seen, probably because it doesn't conflate economics and progressive/traditional

@LukeAlmighty @applejack @beardalaxy Woah, I've moved way further left since the last time I took this thing... :mariawoah:

@LukeAlmighty @Indigo @applejack nah that makes sense, the progressive movement is actually very focused on liberty. it just doesn't come across very well because a lot of those social justice types aren't genuine about it, they want liberty for themselves but not for anybody else. if the test included a question that was like "i want my ideological enemies to have less rights" or something then you would see a lot of those people no longer being aligned with true liberty.
