Targeted ads are not evil.
I would love, if all ads I got were in fact well targeted. But the collected info is being used for much more evil things, then ads. And noone is talking about that.
@LukeAlmighty The point of ads is to create a need in your brain so they can sell you the solution. If you have a need already, you're probably capable of searching for it yourself
There can be exceptions, but on average, any sort of ad is doing you harm

@applejack @LukeAlmighty pro strat is turning off targeted ads so that they don't collect that info and then install adblocker so you don't see weird hentai mobile game ads
