oh okay so they can't engage then, that's fine. that was my main issue.
i still think twitter needs much more robust privacy settings for accounts though. i really wish i could keep my account private by default and then make public posts when i wanted to. if you have a private account, not even people you reply to can see the posts unless they're following you which is retarded.
