I think I actually found the true source of my tooth/jaw pain. My fucking pillow. It's too hard/thin. I need to sleep on something fluffier because it's actually like, pressing my jaw out of alignment slightly and that mixed with the scar tissue I have there is fucking me up.

the fact that there is such a variety in the stories of how men met their wives today is a pretty good sign that they don't contain much actionable information. they may be interesting anecdotes but you can't make a plan based on a bunch of anecdotes with few common threads
