i got NO sleep last night, maybe 30 minutes max so i was super worried about the gym today.

first workout almost killed me man i was really worried. second workout i dropped the weight by like 20 lbs just in case. after that though i got some PRs and my friend was the one dying, he almost DNF'd. maybe i just sapped the life out of him xD

when i was getting all sorts of tests done for seizures, they could never find out why they were happening (which is stunningly common).

one of the tests i did was a sleep deprivation one where i wasn't allowed to sleep for 24 hours and then had to go in and get an EEG done. iirc they picked up some activity but nothing conclusive.

however, i have come to learn that i have seizures most often right after i wake up. i always make sure i have been awake for at least an hour before getting ready to go somewhere.

the test studied what would happen if i was awake for a long time, but never what would happen if i got very little sleep and woke up. i bet if they had me sleep like an hour before the nap, they would have been able to actually find something.

i hope i can get ripped enough to cosplay kratos one day
