@pettanko @Ronnie21093 I did that last time I played wind waker, enemy damage dealt 200% and there were no heart drops.

When I played DK country returns I also just got rid of the balloons entirely, if you got hit you just died.

I beat DmC on the hardest difficulty where you die in one hit, and Outlast where if you die you have to restart the whole game. I'm sure there are people like that for mega man.
