a word of advice, though. if you don't start doing even little things to help put yourself back together, you won't heal. time itself does wonders, but it also doesn't wait for us.

it's okay to start small, it's okay to have rough days, it's okay to feel like you have to force it sometimes. but, if you don't address a wound it might get infected.
