@LoliHat honestly i find leaving butter out of the fridge to be so disgusting
@LillelBiscuits pinups imo
@lain which honestly, in turn, helps everyone else.
@pettanko i think my old gamecube controllers got lost after a bunch of moves after i was already an adult and moved out and not able to keep track of them anymore. i'm lucky i got that wavebird back at all lol. but yeah for the most part, the only controller issues i've ever had were just the rubber on sticks coming off or wearing down over time. the joycons are the exception because they're just shit.
i couldn't help but think the chainsaw man movie was extremely derivative, like i had seen a lot of what it had to offer before. it was still decent, but i really didn't understand what the massive amounts of hype was about. i figured it must be mostly young people who hadn't seen whatever it drew so much inspiration from, especially because living with someone 10 years younger than me had really opened my eyes to such a phenomenon (he'll get annoyed when i talk about how his favorite, newer games take inspiration and build upon older games because he sees these things as being completely original).
this video finally put that feeling i had into something tangible and i know why i felt that now.
@lain yep
how do people treat their controllers so badly? seriously? i have LAUNCH DAY PS4 controllers that still work perfectly. i haven't tested the battery life in a long time because i prefer playing wired, but i don't have stick drift, everything still works really well, etc. i had the rubber tear on one of them on the left stick but i just bought a replacement for a couple bucks and that was it.
my wavebird from ~2005 only just started drifting within the past year. i'm really sad about that one because i think the only way that's getting fixed is if i learn how to solder and put a new stickbox in there.
this also exemplifies just how bad joycons are, because i know i take REALLY good care of my controllers and that shit still turned into dust. my left joycon especially is FUBAR.
@Kagekokoro oh man you don't even know the half of it. I'm one sturdy mofo.
@Kagekokoro i'm 30, but i've felt like i was 30 since i was 15 so i'm basically a skeleton now.
@geistigbehindert the way i play JRPGs is that i grind until my fingers fall off and then the rest of the game is really easy.
I kind of feel like an old dog at this point lol. Like any game I play I'm never going to get that much better at, and if I'm not already good at a game by default I'm just cooked lol.
