The holidays have been good to catching up on my game backlog. Finally got through to the (current) end of The Coffin of Andy and Leyley, and did manage to get the No Good, Very Bad Incest Ending.

It really is an ending you have to go out of your way to get, even though there is a subtext implying it beforehand. I guess I get how some people would be upset that a game seemingly glorifies murder and cannibalism ("seemingly" being a key word here), but anybody with a functioning brain can clearly tell that the protagonists are awful people, and the trajectory of their entire story is them circling the drain before a horrible end. Maybe future chapters will give them a happy ending and brush off their numerous crimes against humanity, but that's not really the vibe I'm getting.

Bottom line, it's an engaging if simple game that kept me hooked on the characters and their interactions with each other, and I'm looking forward to future chapters.
