Your brand of art should be focused on making work that appeals to you first and foremost; catering specifically to an audience, or popular interests and ignoring your own interests is unsustainable, bc if you build a platform that expects you to provide something you don't care to provide, you will inevitably burn out. The first person you should cater to when putting pen to canvas is yourself.
