I've told people so many times about this kind of stuff, Kaze himself has talked about it over and over again too. If the VIDEOS are being taken down but the MODS aren't, and the websites that hosts the hacks and such aren't, then it's *probably* not Nintendo doing it. LTT's Switch emulation video is still up, has been for a while now, no issues. This is mostly just some crazy people online trying to stir up some shit, and YouTube's copyright system is so borked that it can easily happen.

Shitlibs see orcs and think "those are black people" it's a tired statement but these people are waaaaay more racist than most of us, they just feel guilty about it while we think it's funny. Which is also why they always try to humanize the ugly and evil in every setting.
These people look at Tolkien Orcs, Tyranids, and the Vorcha from Mass Effect and see non White ethnic groups and want to make it everyone's problem. It's got very little to do with celebrating ugliness, it's just the cringe form of hating black people.
