Something that frustrates me about most historical fiction is that the hero is almost always out of place and time. The hero and his companions act and hold beliefs like a modern westerner, even when everyone around them doesn't. Even when the belief was so ubiquitous that it was held by 99% of the population. Somehow, your hero is always in that 1%.
This is even worse in RPGs because they offer you a choice, but that choice is usually limited to "be nice like a westerner" or "ignore it."

Why do you hate the UN? They are just trying to improve the world. They didn't do anything to you...

Sometimes, I forget just where all my hate towards the current order stems from, but a single picture is more then enough to remind me, that I am indeed not paranoid or crazy. These people did draw a line in sand, and the only thing I can do is to honor it.

The fucking UN:

im busy playing nu-hitman (hitman 3) atm :blobcatnerd:
its fun (haven't slept normally in 2 days)
@coded_artist @BroDrillard At some point this is going to back filter into the regular civilian population throughout the rest of world as well.

Eventually they'll add some explosives to something that gets shipped to average people all over the world and they'll detonate it and kill a bunch of random people and all of the Zionist media will talk about how stunning and brave they are for killing evil, White Nazi's or something.
