I'm seeing rustle's stream, he's drawing a manga page and it has been several minutes (almost an hour) where he has been drawing a single panel. I get that maybe he's doing it at his pace and also he's talking to people over chat.
I always feel guilty when i read manga and i only do a three seconds glance at a panel when an artist spend this much time drawing it

@hideki if you don't notice anything particularly wrong about an image, that means the artist has done their job correctly. Same thing can be said for like, video game sound effects and sometimes even ambient music.
