*.- Its an artificial user growth
*.- It's an old user who just made a new account with another name
*.- It has a good SEO manager
*.- It kept promoting the twitter account via other channels (discord, streaming and whatever)

@dwite39@pawoo.net i am no twitter expert, since i do almost all my social networking here, but i'd say the best way to do it is to actively interact with other people, make yourself known to more artists so they follow you and start liking your stuff. It's easier to be followed by fellow artists than public in general.

also try to use hashtags when possible so your stuff it's easily found.

If lewds are the problem maybe start posting cropped versions first while you gain followers? You could include links to the full versions on your patreon or something like that.
