If CPU cache memory is faster than RAM, why they don't make RAM memory out of memory cache????

Having a go at rendering some lego. The underside isn’t modeled and I need to work on the curved bits of the teeth.
Also the material feels a bit off. Doesn’t ‘pop’ like the real stuff does.
