But you can scroll social media really smoothly

@special-boy @matrix
Sir, I am a HARD WORKING person who cannot afford to drink right now.

@matrix same
Then again, I don't really want to game on my phone...

@sjw I don't play on it much. I'm just killing time waiting for our car to get fixed. My laptop can't run much games.

@matrix the problem is in a situation like that I want my battery to last as long as possible
There should be a 90Hz setting, maybe try that?

@dave Yeah, PUBG has a framerate limiter, but 120 just plays much better

@realcaseyrollins Sure, but that adds bulk to an already bulky phone.
Physics is a bitch.

@matrix I've used the AC vents in cars as external cooling if my phone starts overheating in the car

@realcaseyrollins lol. I once tried having the phone a perforated table outside with the breeze blowing past and it was enough.

@matrix i always got the feeling that high refresh rate phones were meant for 2 things: videos and ui. gaming on a device that small with passive cooling at that high a frame rate is an impossible task.

@beardalaxy It's mainly for the UI. It makes even a weaker phone feel much better.
