I'm only on the second volume but I still think that the anime is amazing.
They even fixed something. In the web novel he comes up with the kidnapping plot even before seeing Eris which makes very little sense. The anime on the other hand flows extremely well. In my opinion it's the best anime of the year.

They also left out Rudeus staring at his mom breastfeeding

Mushoku Tensei anime left out Eris pee desperation and peeing
