Well, the problem with nerds is that they don't know when to stop. They need a wrangler to say "Don't add this, nobody cares for it" or "Stop. We're shipping it as is.". Without a wrangler they would never build something you would buy because they would be constantly adding, fixing and improving things.
The problem is that the wrangler is often a retard or spinelessly tries to appeal to shareholders etc
