Picking this passage and saying "Christians can't ever get divorced" is like saying "thou shalt not kill" nullifies the death penalty and makes self-defense sinful. Both divorce and killing are fine, in special cases.

If you go to Cuba or something everything might be provided for you but if you refuse to work you get put in a work camp where you have no rights and work all day. At least in the US you can do nothing; nobody is going to give you free stuff but you at least have a choice between what you want to do, what profession you choose to pursue. It really is the best system we have to offer
