@milo LOL it's not that; we just deployed new Virtual Desktop software (for users who need access to our resources over VPN) but a whole lot of people don't really know how to use it, and they keep calling us with a combination of complicated errors and simple tasks

Well this is something to be celebrated, right?

But yeah, the thing is, I don't think it's a good idea for the #USA to be interventionist, so we shouldn't be like "stop throwing gays off of roofs Pakistan, or we'll blast you to oblivion" but we need to economically shun these nations and stop praising them publicly.

There's only so much we can do to enact change overseas without crossing ethical lines.

@Lainyboy@neckbeard.xyz Well homosexuality has been legal in the #USA for quite awhile, hasn't it? And the #HongKong stuff isn't new, I was talking about this last year because (remember this) the protesters stormed the embassy last summer.

But yes, it does seem odd that people who purport to support human rights support nations that disavow them, doesn't it?
