Can't believe it's still only 3:30. Been trying and failing hard to run stripe-mock in my CI environment. Thinking I should just scrap this plan and just use fixtures. No bullshit.

@realcaseyrollins @alex @igel I have it on 24/7 and it really improved my relationship with the Fediverse! I used to get so anxious logging in and seeing all those notifications... Now I just pop over and check them occasionally, much lower pressure.

@moonman When I was younger, there was a chain of breakfast places called Sambo's. I liked the food, but I later understood why they had to close. So I understand and agree with renaming Aunt Jemima & Uncle Ben (brands named for stereotyped plantation slaves) and with replacing the caricatured slaves that have historically represented the brands. Now maybe they'll improve the quality also.
I expect these brands have been struggling with this decision for years and realized that this is a convenient time to make changes.
I disagreed (and still disagree) with removing "Little Black Sambo" from the libraries. I believe it is an important part of understanding where we as a nation have been ... and where we must not return.
