@cee Searx.
@icedquinn @digdeeper@mastodon.honeypot.im At least it's better than citing RationWiki.
@icedquinn @galena The push to get everyone vaccinated was/is fucking crazy but everyone should've saw it coming even before COVID as vaccine mandates and passports were being pushed by Big Pharma long before then. They just needed an excuse.
@icedquinn @galena I don't plan on working in the medical field. I only got a few offers from them and they all required the jabs. Others don't seem to care.
@galena I only went to college because I wanted to play it safe despite all the talk about how college is a scam. In hindsight, I should've just gotten an IT certification.
@PhenomX6 I've seen offerings requiring a 4th booster. One said the wouldn't take anyone who had the J&J because "it's not effective enough" according to the CDC. Luckily, the only jobs offerings that explicitly say this are medical ones.
I'm trying to go for remote because it reduces the chances of having to take that.
@ItsSkyDragonz COVID prevented me from doing any internships. It also fucked up my grades too, but I managed to get through it.
@galena The fact that you have to have passports and other legal documents in the first place is bullshit.
@PhenomX6 @coolboymew @ooignignoktoo Yeah, but the Saturn being a nightmare to program for didn't really help things either. Not like the N64 wasn't also a nightmare to program for, but still.
@ooignignoktoo @coolboymew I'm on the same boat, tbh. I really think the N64 is the most overrated and poorly aged consoles out there. Less than ideal framerate, terrible video output like I just mentioned, lack of third-party support (every N64 fan gushes over the same 10 games), highly compressed audio due to the cartridge space.
The only reason to still own one is because some games never got remakes/re-releases and emulation for the system is far from perfect.
