Added an actual health bar. I probably should move it before the key counter because it looks weird the way it is right now.

@noyoushutthefuckupdad Just release you book as a free PDF and let people make copies. Then include links to crypto wallets where people can support you that way, and if you use privacy coins like Monero, you can still remain anonymous, if you want.

Added a second enemy class. This one takes two hits to kill, while the first one now only takes one hit to kill.
