@ItsSkyDragonz If you sign up choose airmail or firemail as your domain because from what I've heard, most of the NSFW domains are blocked by many websites.

@ItsSkyDragonz cock.li. Most of their domains are NSFW but they do also offer some SFW ones like airmail.cc and firemail.cc.

@ArdainianRight You really think they could've made a Thousand Year American Empire after an inside job? Both 9/11 and the aftermath were all planned.

Decided to add more rooms in the procedurally generated dungeons to add more variety. Sand rooms can now appear but they are functionally no different than floor tiles.

Welp. It's official. #Redis is no longer #OSS

While I wasn't a contributor to the core, I presented on it dozens of times, talked to thousands, and wrote a book about it.

I probably wouldn't have done any of that with that kind of license.

Very disappointed.

@PurpCat @coolboymew My Dad once told me a heuristic: you can't fuck up your life permanently before you're thirty. Even if you're working at Wendy's for a while you have a plan and ambitions beyond working a low-level fast food job. Plus look at your competition, they're all dysfunctional and fucked in the head!
In any case I'll be praying for your efforts.

@okabe_rintarou @5273d9972790a9c1ae50cd812c7a168f153dd44fd1b4b84d21f72b3f90803bfc Nostr is meant to address the problem of user accounts still being attached to servers. With ActivityPub, if your instance goes down, your account goes down with it.

Nostr on the other hand, uses relays and key-signing (kind of like crypto but is not blockchain based) so you can login from anywhere. There are no instances, only relays that transmit data to other relays. Clients connect to multiple relays at a time to send and receive messages.

It isn't perfect. It does have problems that aren't on ActivityPub, such as having those long hashes for user identifiers, and it's somewhat slower. There is also the problem of having Bitcoin integration built-in to the protocol so you have people begging for "zaps" (basically Bitcoin donations) making a huge chunk of the posts, though that trend seems to have died down, at least from my experience.
