@lanodan They are more popular in the west. FPS games are niche in Japan and in other asian countries, they are just knock offs of western games.

@WhiteDissidentRadio @charliebrownau @9 @graf @ryo you guys remember ZeroNet? it was a fucking great concept, it really felt like the future of the internet, unfortunately it had kinda shit coding and no anonimity, being more a proof of concept than production ready. 08chan was a 8chan bunker that made it explode in popularity but now it's pretty much abandonned. If the concept was revisited (urbit looks like a similar thing if you remove all the gobbledygook and buzzwords, but it sucks) i'm sure it could have great potential
