@ArdainianRight It's not like these downies are able to reproduce anyway.

@pawlicker @ink8@the9thcircle.club I was considering creating a gamedev account on Outpoast but I know a lot of Poast users like my gamedev stuff, surprisingly.

>PS Vita
Sony made the switch before nintendo but completely forgot about it. Then they completely shit canned it without realizing weebs still played on it.
Nintendo was more than happy to pick up the tab on that one.

>Oh yea, it's just so hard to distinguish between 5 different consoles with almost the exact same name while having very little hands on experience with (if at all).

I never owned a single PlayStation console or handheld either, but I know each one. Here is a simple guide:

* PS1 - The CD system that could've been Nintendo's if their deal didn't fall through.
* PS2 - The DVD player that could also play 3D games
* PS3 - The $600 Blu-Ray Player that can also play games and used to be able to run Linux until Sony killed that feature
* PS4 - The system that can still play used games and interactive movies pretending to be games
* PS5 - The paper-weight developed by Californians

* PocketStation - Some Japan-only PS1 memory card that also acts like a small handheld console (like the Dreamcast's VMU)
* PSP - Sony's iPod that can also play 3D games
* PS Vita - The handheld for weebs because western gamers stopped caring about handhelds and moved on to mobile garbage

@ryo You said PS3 when this is clearly about PS2 which got me confused for a second because I couldn't believe anyone would be dumb enough to believe that there are PS3 emulators for phones now.

I didn't realize that there were still that many people still using ObamaPhones. Even if there are, it shouldn't have been enough to bully someone out of a project. You could also have troll accounts asking stupid questions, which is something I can understand.

iPhones, I actually can understand. It used to be much easier to jailbreak them and install emulators on. And I think it's still possible to do and maybe it should be an option for those who know how to do it.

Honestly, the best approach is to make the emulator PC only, and let other people develop forks for mobile platforms, modded consoles, etc, so you don't have to deal with the mobidiots (new word I just made up ^^).

@waltercool Does Twitter have a way to make who you follow private? Mastodon and I assume Pleroma has that.

@djsumdog I don't have RSS because I don't use a static-site generator or a CMS so I have to update it manually. I have a twtxt which is basically a minimalist RSS/microblog feed.

I also get what your saying, but I don't know how we can have a state without some shadow government forming. A lot of monarchists argue that their system is actually superior in the long run because it's harder to corporations and other organizations to lobby them, and good values are passed from generation to generation. There is also the fact that the king/queen has to fulfill their duty because they face the threat of being overthrown and facing the guillotine if they don't or turn out to be corrupt.

But if all states are corrupt the only other option is to create new ones. Either via seasteading or claiming no-man's land like what Liberland did in the Gornja Siga, but the only other no-man's lands are Bir Tawil and a chunk of Antarctica that I forgot the name of.

@djsumdog I have. My point is that you shouldn't have faith in ANY politician something that I didn't see in the article, but something I've talked about on my own site.

@djsumdog There is no such thing as an ideal candidate. All elections are fake and rigged.

I think the entire Kanye story is interesting, and compiles some of my thoughts in my first post on battlepenguin for the new year!
