@blaaablaaaa Isn't this the same thing as those Sea Monkeys?
@rasterman @ChristiJunior @TheMadPirate Also, I'm more European than I am Asian, and I was raised completely under western values. Though my family doesn't like my views for different reasons: they are either hardcore neocons or progressive Christians.
@rasterman @ChristiJunior @TheMadPirate Someone who hates video games LARPing on a gaming instance would have an Irate Gamer tier knowledge of video games and it would be obvious from the start. My PFP is an obscure character from a somewhat obscure franchise. Do you really think Mr. Lindy would know who Usaugi is?
@rasterman @ChristiJunior @TheMadPirate You seriously fell for that? I was just joking because you wouldn't drop the theory that my account was a troll account by the same person behind hachi.
I'm really starting to hate the term "normie" or the edgier variant, "normalfag". Why? Because literally everyone who is not on Facebook is using that term, including Reddit, Discord, some parts of YouTube or Twitter. It's meaningless.
I generally see it being referred to anyone outside of their views/hobbies, or who aren't part of whatever community they are in. That makes us all normies or normalfags from someone else's perspective. So you are basically saying that everyone who doesn't share the same niche hobby or world view as you, is "normal". Guess what, we all have niche interests.
Unless (almost) every aspect of your lifestyle is radically different that everyone else (that includes your job (or lack thereof), the food you eat, the media you consume, your political/social/economic views, etc), you are for the most part, "normal".
And that's just for the Application cert. There are actually two different certs for Node.JS that the Linux Foundation offers. One of them goes over application development (Node.JS runtime, etc.) the other is about writing microservices and REST APIs in Node.JS.
@Tadano Yeah, but I might need to learn it. That's what the market wants right now.
So, I decided to pick up Node.JS and plan on taking the certification exam because that's where the market seems to want right now, but when I looked at the website this is what would be on the exam.
Seriously, why do I need to learn this much? I thought Node was just simply a JS runtime that allows it to run server side, there is literally no reason for it to take this much to master.
@maylay Maybe they found some exploit that could be used to run pirated games. Developers actually do this for legacy games and consoles.
@shebang Justin Trudeau wants your personal assault weapon factory.
