@Suzu the reason I'm so hyperfocused on Red Star is because it's mythos of calling home for *everything* and how brutally locked down they had iptables and shit (every account is /bin/nologin, sudo not installed by default and adding user accounts with passwords was not a thing in server version of the iso)

the calling home is why i want to use it and why it will only use red star
there's absolutely packets headed to north korea but i dont know what they contain, i will try to sniff them when dprk.social goes live but my thought is they will find out about it, view the site and see people having normal, social conversation and one of two things will happen -- the handful of diplomatic relations people will investigate it, may make an account or they will blacklist it from access from North Korea's 2048 total IPs

@cee I just find annoyingly funny how some people at mainstream social networks claim themselves pro love/peace/equality/justice/etc, but after a large trial they make dead threats, promote violence, claim justice by own hands, etc.

In order to avoid authoritarianism on rise, wr must expose and make fun of them (only nonviolent method). Unlimited tolerance because you are peaceful is suicidal in the long term.

Jacobians/Nazis/Bolsheviks reached power because tolerant people allowed it. Except Russia, no civil war happened for them.
