Just a few hours ago I said that it seems like the world is opening back up after all, but now I have to revert back to what I've been saying between February and yesterday, because certain countries have already hinted at a return of lockdowns just now.

But the solution remains the same regardless: disobey.
Treat those motherfuckers like a joke, and they have no way to enforcing any lockdowns.
Don't use violence, that's exactly what they want.
Instead just laugh at them.

Our game only has about 2 hours of actual content, what can we do?

- Add a hundred survival systems that require almost constant player attention so it takes them 3 hours to play 10 minutes of the game

- add a randomized deck building system for the illusion of depth

- replace all handcrafted levels with procedural generation then call it a roguelike

i can't see how automation can be all that bad. it could mean the transformation from a less wagie centered economy and turn people to self-employment.
