> Use rust

No, I'd rather send the dipshits writing this shit over to Rust. Rust is already a garbage fire and used exclusively by rules-nazis and Karens.

I'd rather write C, because I like C. It's not C's fault that dipshits are trying to kill the language. I have never liked Rust.

So I also had a 2009/2011 (can't tell exact year) iMac laying around and decided to install Linux on that before resorting to the Raspberry Pi, but I ended up corrupting the hard drive.

However, this morning, I woke up and found the iMac faced down with the screen shattered. I live near railroad tracks so the vibration of a passing train probably caused it to fall down.

Fuck it. In the trash it goes. I don't care about repairing it. The hard drive is corrupt and nobody wants an outdated Apple product.

Maybe I should just get a System76 Meerkat and find a portable LCD monitor. I've seen people done similar things with Mac Minis. Of course there is the whole power issue but maybe I could find a work around.

I made a promise that my next laptop would be a Linux one, but they're so expensive and I'm fucking broke. I would ask my Dad for help, but I know that he is a brand-whore for the big brands like HP and Dell and won't trust the smaller companies like System76 or ThinkPenguin.

Seriously, I see ZERO reason to use one of these outside of creating portable devices like PDAs or handheld game consoles using something like Arduino to create controls. You are better off just using a used/old laptop, a mini desktop like the System76 Meerkat, or a modded game console for your home server, emulation station, home arcade cabinet or whatever. Even if you need a SBC for your project, there are much better choices available.

My laptop is wearing out and it's a gamble to get that thing to turn on, so I'm stuck using a Raspberry Pi I had laying around for the time being. Now, I'm realizing how shitty software support is for this thing.

I'm not a fan of dogs, but Jesus, how much laws and licenses does this guy want?
