I don't know if it's certain for everyone but I sure have mellowed out with age. I used to be so fucking angry all the time. I still am about certain topics, but I keep the anger inside.

Not sure if it's that I have more self control or I just don't have the energy. Probably a combo of both.

In any case, life is much more good when you can suppress anger. Do recommend.
