@carlosruzu don't you mean *pedophiles?
Or are you denying that lolicons have pedophilic tendencies?
**Not that I'm siding with the "oppressors" here, I'm just trying to be truthful.
@Aldo2 funnily enough more often that not, its the antis you have to worry about. Usually actual pedos won't actually come clean and honest about them being, well pedos, so they will do anything to downplay their horrififc actions and whatnot.
Not only does this completely contrast the nature of most lolicons, as they tend to be unabashedly for lolis and whatnot, this also describes the loli harpers more often than not. Thus why it checks out whenever the people that harp about lolicons being pedos actually tend to be outed as pedos themselves, kinda like those mfs that harp about lgbtq laws being in the closet

I had a best friend in school who was having sex with his gf from like 13.5/14 years onwards.
They got married, and have two beautiful daughters.
They are a rare, and amazing example of "childhood sweethearts".
They were peers, yes, but that isn't the point.
And I'm not even going to go back into my other friend who was dating a girl a few years younger than him in school and uni.
Your view that people below 16 can't "consent" or understand the nuances of the whole "sex" thing is just, well....Yeah...Not really borne out by reality.
@miria @beardalaxy @carlosruzu
Do both get sent to jail?
Or do they get made to fight each other, with the winner getting the charge revoked?
@Aldo2 @miria @beardalaxy the difference is that in that instance it was 2 people around the same age being into each other and finding out shit among each other. To compare to the drinking example, if you and the person you fuck are both drunk, thats not really bad; at worst thats just a bruh moment. The issue with the idea "children can consent" is that you inevitably entertain the idea that Adults, with a more developed and more mature view on sex, can actually get a child to reasonably understand sex on the same level they do. I have nothing really against below 18s fucking each other, especially if they are past like 13 or whatnot, but when i say "kids can't consent" i mean "kids can't consent to adults because kids will have an impaired sense of what sex is"
@miria @beardalaxy @carlosruzu
I think it's because whenever sex education is talked about nowadays, people (on both sides) bring up porn. And that's also indicative of the wider malaise of pornography, in that porn itself warps perceptions about sex.
Obv, porn was not what was used in my sex-ed classes. They were rather boring.
@miria @beardalaxy @carlosruzu
In a sense, I can see where they're coming from (parents have the right to know everything their children are taught), but also, it's obv an extreme, defensive overreaction.
Not to mention their kids most likely already know about sex before their sex-ed classes even begin, like I did (and in my case it was before the mass-internet and smart phones).
@miria @beardalaxy @carlosruzu
I'm just saying, if I was a parent, I'd want to know what my child was being taught.
But then again, could just be my mother's paranoia genes coming to the fore.
@Aldo2 @miria @beardalaxy yeah the puritan culture around sex ed is painful. Literally would help a lot with safe sex if people actually knew how the shit worked. Only bad thing ive seen from this stance is people suggesting that the school forgo parental consent in regards to those forms for sex ed. Literally 1984 but considering you Aldo seem cool, I expect that you dont believe in that shit
@carlosruzu @miria @beardalaxy
It's not like you lose your virginity after 18, even if you don't have sex...
There are plenty of girls much younger than I who know much, much more than I do about sex.
There are (or were, back when it was still allowed) even 15 year olds here who go into clubs and basically hit on older men in order to get alcohol. They know exactly what they're doing.
There was this page, I can't remember the name, but it was, like, anonymous pedo confessions or whatnot, and one was by a woman who was with an older man (when she was a child), and (allegedly, this is just writing, after all) she was basically the initiator.
She wrote that as soon as she noticed his interest, even if he was shy and reserved, and never was forward with her, she realized how to get his attention, and then did so, progressively intensifying (as it were).
For his part, he never penetrated, he only ever did what she herself wanted etc...
Ofc, you can say it's made up, and fair enough. But my point is that it's not like children don't know about sex before 13.
I knew about sex before sex-ed; before secondary school. Hell, kids in my school were having sex while still in elementary.
@Aldo2 @miria @beardalaxy the thing about that though is that despite knowing how to do the act, they don't fully grasp the effect of the act, more or less if they will be fine with it. society already has a precedent for this shit where its not real consent if the person has been emotionally manipulated, thus why a lot of prenups get voided due to the woman claiming that they weren't emotionally stable when they signed. obv an extreme example but we know that the point of that, especially considering that that kind of law was made for a time when women legit had to rely on men 9/10 for income, was to prevent the manipulation of consent.
its also why girls that bait themselves into Lolita type situations are usually heavily scrutinized, to the point of other people victim blaming just to exclude that shit out of society and why young promiscous women are looked down upon in society, because its clear that they are abusing the stereotype of being a vulnerable woman to their advantage of being able to call victim when they are called out for it, while not being held accountable for approaching the dude in the first place. Again thats not even getting into the idea that the woman knows all the effects of sex, especially at ange substantially lower than 16 and ofc even more so 13. Thats the thing with the age of consent, its not just there as a "now thee is able to fuck" activate button, its a general guideline for people to be like "ok you're this old, you should know enough about sex by now".
@AbNormal @Aldo2 @beardalaxy @miria tbf yeah thats what it is suppossed to do. but american sex ed is shit
