@shebang @Eidolon0 Weeb was originally just a nonsense word with no meaning, so even now that it actually has a meaning, pinning down an exact definition is hard. It can mean anything from "person who watches anime sometimes" to "hardcore wannabe otaku who fetishizes japanese culture and genuinely believes it is exactly how anime depicts", and anything in between, depending on who you ask.
