I can't stop talking like black people because I was put in a facility when I was a child for a while and almost all the other kids were from the inner city and black, so I picked it up (it was the only way to communicate without constant fucking hostility over misunderstandings) and could never shake it. @opal Bs, meditation is great for mental health, and can even effect the body but only to a degree. No one can achieve the kind of control I'm talking about through meditation. No one can absorb solar energy, store it, and run off it, that is the major kind of change I'm talking about.
