@nagitoekogaeda You should get some valerian root to have for when this happens, it's just an herb sold the same way as vitamins, and it has strong relaxing effects. If that doesnt work you could try Kava tea, another safe legal relaxant to calm anxiety and produce mild sedation. I say mild but it's not like chamomile tea, it's not like warm milk, it's actually much stronger, but still completely safe and legal.
