The fat bastards cover themselves in diarrhea and claim to be kinds or ascended or chosen, I don't think "being chosen" means what they think it means, and if I was them I would not want to be "chosen", because it is the crowd that will do the choosing, the horde of angry monkeys, and if the picture tubes turn off, they'll be able to see clear who is stealing from who, and they'll be pissed.
