This is what is so destructive about modern debate about freedoms.
I hear, that the lefties want "absolute personal freedom", and all I see is them taking away one freedom after another.
Animals can be free, but their freedom does not give them "more options" on what to do with it.
Kinda reminds me of Sith actually. If your goal is power for the sake of gaining even more power, you will never actually live to enjoy it.

I guess it depends a lot on how the 1st guy got on the 1 person island. If it was his choice to end up there, sure he's free. But otherwise, he's as much a prisoner as the other guy, whether it's because of a naval accident or because someone put him there.

@LukeAlmighty second. according to my buddy who worked at a prison for a few months, the people in there actually get treated pretty well even if they like, killed kids.
